Offer inquiry for purchase of baggage tags for LS Airport Services S.A. and permanent contract signage for future purchases, determined non-price parameters

LS Airport Services  hereby invites you to participate in the procedure for the purchase EU baggage tags 20,25 inch and 18 inch for our branches in Katowice, Kraków, Gdańsk, and main division in Warsaw with possibility to sigh permanent contract, determined non-price parameters.

We would like to inform:

  • Offer inquiry is not an invitation how it stands in Public order law (Prawo zamówień publicznych (tj. Dz.U. z 2017 r. poz. 1579), in connection with the above we reserve the right to free selection of incoming offers;
  • Subject matter process may be terminated at any time until the day of agreement signing without any reason, explanation, without choosing The Contractor, and The Contractor is not entitled to any reimbursement from LS Airport Services S.A.;
  • Sharing any kind of own personal data will be treated as consent to the processing by LS Airport Services S.A. for the purpose of processing this proceeding.

Specification and important parameters beyond the price:
EU baggage tags  20,25 inch with LS Airport Services logo as it states in appendix 6 – thermal paper with polypropylene foil**
EU baggage tags  18 inch with LS Airport Services logo as it states in appendix 7 – thermal paper with polypropylene foil**

 **We woluld like to ask also for quotation baggage tags without LS Airport Services logo, leaving  other important elements like:

  • Information fields for baggage damage,
  • Green elements determined baggage tags as EU type.

Quality of the Goods should correspond (meet) to working standards of the country and appropriate standards of the IATA.

Target for The Purchaser is to buy prescribed quantity of baggage tags and to sign permanent contracts were The Contractor will provide the baggage tags sell service corresponding to received specification, according previously agreed non-price terms like:

  • specification,
  • lead time,
  • payment time.

Subject inquiry offer realization time according signed contract.

 2. Place, date and method of submitting the response to the inquiry:

Please deliver offer in person or by post to the Company's address in a sealed envelope with the note: „Baggage tags for LS Airport Services S.A.” or to e-mail: sekretariat@lsas.aero by October 28, 2022, at 14:00 p.m.,

We inform that we will start negotiation only with chosen companies.

4. The method of preparing a response to an inquiry:

The method of preparing the response to the request for proposal is set out in the attachment to this request for proposal – ‘Request for proposal response form’.
To Request of proposal request form please add declarations and sales contract draft.
The minimum validity period of the offer: 60 days.
Expected payment date for the service: 30 days.

 The offer should include:

  1. Request for proposal (appendix 1),
  2. GDPR (RODO) information clause for LSAS (appendix 2),
  3. Declaration of the Contractor participating in the procedure (personal data protection) (appendix 3),
  4. Declaration of the Contractor participating in the procedure (confidentiality) (appendix 4)
  5. Declaration of the Contractor about not to be subject to sanctions introduced in connection with Russia’s agression against Ukraine (appendix 5)
  6. Sales contract draft

Offers without the above data will not be considered
