WE PROVIDE

The Passenger Service Department provides comprehensive passenger and baggage service. Our qualified staff with many years of experience guarantee top-level service. Our services include:

Check-in

in foreign and domestic traffic with own or the carrier's check-in systems

Boarding process
Passenger assistance on the way to and from the plane
PRIORITY PASSENGERS

At the carrier?s request, CIP passengers may use the dedicated assistance of our employees. As part of the service, we assist the clients from check-in desks all the way to the plane and after landing (priority and out of turn). If the plane is parked far away from the terminal, we provide a luxury limousine as an alternative to the passenger bus.

BAGGAGE HANDLING FOR GROUPS

We ensure pleasant and safe start of the journey for both single passengers and tourist groups. On request, we collect baggage from coaches and transport it to check-in desks. We also offer our clients assistance upon their arrival in Warsaw, we collect baggage from the baggage claim area and deliver it to the vehicles waiting in front of the airport terminal. PASSENGERS WITH DISABILITIES

Passengers requiring special assistance (MAAS) and disabled passengers can count on our professionalism and courtesy. With the help of qualified airport personnel, we provide the necessary equipment: a wheelchair, a special vehicle with a lift, and we guarantee assistance on the way to the plane and the baggage reclaim area.
All you need to do is request such service when making a ticket purchase or reservation and inform the airport staff at check-in.

CHILDCARE

Children travelling under the airline?s supervision (UM)

On request, we offer supervision for unaccompanied minors (UM). We accompany the child all the way to the plane, through check-in and the gate. On board, the child is supervised by the cabin crew. We assist in UM child documents submission, which grant the child a UM status.
