WE PROVIDE

The apron service staff take all necessary steps to prepare the plane for safe operation both upon the plane's arrival and before its departure. Handling operations are carried out in a strictly defined order and according to time norms consistent with aviation safety requirements. Our services include:

AIRCRAFT BALANCING

Balancing is supervised by highly qualified personnel with appropriate experience in handling passenger traffic and Cargo for over 40 airlines. The balancing team's tasks include:

01 Planning the distribution of loads on an aircraft, bearing in mind the type, weight and size of shipments, with particular emphasis on atypical (musical instruments, bicycles), special (AVI) and dangerous (RRY) loads
02 Maximizing the efficiency of baggage volume and the commercial cargo capacity of the aircraft
03 Calculating the centre of gravity of the aircraft according to the carrier's recommendations for a given type of aircraft, in accordance with all safety standards and commonly accepted rules
04 Commercial information processing, cruise documents archiving
AIRCRAFT CLEANING AND EQUIPPING

The process of storing and cleaning aircraft decks is supervised and carried out by experienced, properly trained and qualified personnel. The tasks of the storage section include:

01 Ordering, receiving and storing supplies of the assortment necessary to equip the aircraft
02 Preparation of on-board equipment kits in accordance with the applicable standards
03 Implementation of the assortment safety control process
04 Supplying equipment on board aircraft and deploying them according to standards


The tasks of the aircraft deck cleaning section include:

01 Efficient and thorough cleaning of aircraft upon arrival using professional chemicals and equipment, in accordance with the developed technology and procedures
02 Provision of a comprehensive aircraft cleaning service in accordance with the quality standards of carriers


COMPREHENSIVE BAGGAGE HANDLING

The baggage handling process is supervised by highly qualified personnel with appropriate experience in handling both point-point traffic and transfer traffic.
The tasks of the Baggage Sorting Department include:

01 luggage handling with the use of scanning, x-raying and sorting devices as well as physical work related to it - luggage screening, entering into the sorting system (BHS transfer switches), loading, unloading, segregating luggage and reconciling with the use of BRS scanners as well as check-in systems
02 baggage claim after unloading from the plane and delivering the baggage to the passenger as soon as possible
03 confirming, adding and verifying data in the check-in system
04 RUSH luggage handling in accordance with carriers' procedures and safety rules (luggage without a passenger), entering data into the World Tracer system, sending FWD messages
05 handling bulky, oversized and heavy luggage - HAVA, special shipments such as e.g. live animals - AVIH
06 handling luggage and shipments with hazardous materials from the DGR group - weapons, ammunition, dry ice, etc.
